TZR’s story began long before the company’s inception. Gary, our founder, honed his skills in sheet metal production during his 14 years at Foxconn.
His experience highlighted common challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses, such as sacrificing quality to reduce costs and dealing with technological constraints.
Driven by a desire to aid businesses in validating designs and smoothly transitioning from design to production, Gary established TZR in 2013. Our team of industry experts uses their knowledge and experience to help customers overcome challenges and lower production expenses.
TZR maintains equipment precision by conducting efficient maintenance, rigorously selecting materials, and employing advanced inspection tools. This meticulous approach guarantees that no deformities occur during the production process.

A customer was specifically looking for a coated stainless-steel sheet that retains its rust-resistant properties. To fulfill this request, we uniformly prepared the stainless-steel surface for effective rust protection and coating application.

The use of precision metal bending dies for metal parts prevents metal bending marks from forming on the sheet’s surface.

For consistency on each sheet metal product, we place each caution label at designated positions that won’t leave a mark on the metal sheet or compromise its appearance and function.
Challenge: Apply stickers uniformly on precision metal parts.
Solution: Specially train two employees to apply stickers rigorously.
We started with just five employees and have since grown to 120.
Our production workshop originally covered 500 square meters, but we have expanded to 11,000 square meters
We previously outsourced our surface treatment but have since shifted to an in-house approach, streamlining the process for improved efficiency.
TZR opened the doors to its 500-square-meter facility, showcasing our dedication to excellence even in the formative years.
Strong support from global customers has enabled us to expand our team from 30 to 120 members and double our facility size to accommodate more projects.
With advanced bending machinery and robotic bending arms, we can handle complex bending angles, minimizing bend marks.
Furthering our dedication to producing superior sheet metal products, we established a ‘Design for Manufacturing’ team consisting of senior craftsmen.
As of 2023, we continue to assist clients in validating and launching new production, helping them attain the certifications they need.
